Booking Policy

1. Booking Process

To book a tour or excursion, you can use our website's booking forms or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have sent a confirmation message and, if applicable, received the required deposit.

2. Deposit and Payment

A deposit (typically 20-30% of the total price) is required to secure your booking for longer tours. The remaining balance is payable in cash (Euros, US Dollars, or Moroccan Dirhams) upon arrival or the start of the tour. For day excursions, full payment may be requested at the time of booking or start of the service.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before start: Full refund of deposit (minus bank fees).
• Cancellation 15-29 days before start: 50% refund of deposit.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before start: Deposit is non-refundable.

Note: These terms may vary for specific luxury accommodations or high-season group bookings.

4. Tour Amendments

We will do our best to accommodate requests for changes to your itinerary or travel dates. However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs from local service providers or transport adjustments.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all our travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss of baggage. Morocco Wander Trip is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political instability), we reserve the right to alter or cancel tours for safety reasons. In such cases, we will provide alternatives or partial/full refunds as applicable.
